Kabaaye pagoda
Kaba Aye (wolrd peace) Pagoda was built in 1955 for the Sixth Sangâyana - The 2,500th Anniversary of the Buddha’s final passing away (Parinibbâna), 2,500 monks assembled from the Theravâda Buddhist countries at Kaba Aye Pagoda to recite Pâli Tipitaka and authenticate the texts. It has various Buddha statues donated from around the world
