Taunggyi
Taunggyi is the capital of Shan state and it is the fourth largest city in Myanmar. Taunggyi literally translate to “big mountain” and the city is located on mountain 1400 meters ( 4590 feets) above sea level.
Since it is located on Shan mountain range at the north east of Myanmar, the weather is very mild to cold all year round.
